Team Member

Tammi Pannell is the Office Manager in Commercial Waterproofing, Inc.’s Regional Office. She has been with CWI for 9 years and has 30+ years of experience in the industry. Tammi is responsible for managing the general administrative functions and all events and activities in the office.  She creates and maintains a pleasant work environment ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, key record-keeping and coordination among personnel and various projects.  She has excellent interpersonal abilities, adaptability and the ability to multi-task.  She is committed to ensuring project/job safety and compliance with relevant OSHA regulations and standards.  She supports a team that consist of a regional manager, operations manager, superintendents, foremen, and field mechanics.
