Mauricio Posso is a Project Manager and Estimator at CWI, commencing his role in August 2024. With more than 10 years of experience in business development and previous experience in the financial sector, Mauricio brings a valuable and quantitative perspective to his work. He is driven by a passion for identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to improve the function and appearance of commercial buildings. His proven leadership, interpersonal, time management, organizational, and communication abilities have been instrumental in fostering strong relationships with clients. Academically, Mauricio holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. His fluency in Spanish allows him to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals from various cultural backgrounds.
