Karl DiPietro is the President and Owner of Commercial Waterproofing, Inc.  Karl acquired the business in 1990 from CentiMark Corporation where he enjoyed a 5-year stint as the National Accounts Manager. CWI is now a leading provider of exterior restoration and waterproofing needs for commercial and multi-family buildings in the Mid-Atlantic region serviced by offices in West Chester, PA and Springfield, VA.  During his 35+ years at the helm, Karl and his management team have established the Company as an industry leader in quality and service while maintaining excellence in safety and employee loyalty.  Karl is most proud of the fact that "many of CWI's mechanics, foremen, superintendents, operations and regional managers have been with the Company for over 20 years".
