Jim Ninteman is the Regional Manager of CWI’s Springfield, VA office and has been with the Company for over 20 years. He has been project managing and estimating exterior building restoration and waterproofing projects for 33 years. Jim has project managed over 900 projects in Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C. including high-rise stone, masonry, concrete, flashing, sealant, coating and cleaning restoration projects along with parking garage and plaza deck concrete, expansion joint, sealer and waterproofing restoration projects. He performs executive level decisions on marketing, pricing strategies, capital expenditures and employee relations. Jim investigates client waterproofing and restoration needs, develops repair procedures and presents repair proposals. He also works closely with engineers, bidding on prepared repair specifications and assisting them with building evaluations.
