The Towers at Harbor Court consists of three towers rising to twenty-nine stories with a total of 166 residences. Towers at Harbor Court is located right across from the Baltimore inner harbor. CWI replaced sealants throughout the building, including window perimeter and control joints. All work was performed while the building was fully occupied.
